Register to order free rapid lateral flow coronavirus tests for your employees

Free rapid lateral flow tests are available for businesses to test employees who do not have symptoms twice a week in the workplace.

If your business is closed or you cannot provide tests now, you should still register so you can order tests in the future.

The deadline to register is 12 April 2021.

There are different ways to register depending on whether you are a registered business and have more than 10 employees.


If you are a registered company with more than 10 employees

To register for free lateral flow tests, you will need:

  • the name of your company
  • your company registration number
  • an email address.

Visit the GOV.UK website to register for order free rapid lateral flow coronavirus tests for your employees and select the option to “Start now.”


If you are not a registered company with more than 10 employees

If you are:

  • a partnership
  • a building society
  • a sole proprietor
  • created by an Act of parliament.

You will need to email p-and-psector@dhsc.gov.uk to register.

When you email make sure to provide:

  • your organisation’s name
  • your registration number
  • how many employees you have
  • an email address
  • the industry or sector of your organisation.

If you are a workplace employing less than 10 employees

If you employ less than 10 people then you do not need to register. However, you still need to be tested twice a week.

Your employees can be directed to get a free rapid lateral flow test at local sites or can collect home testing kits for themselves from several locations.

If you are an employee you can visit the Telford & Wrekin Rapid Testing website to book a free rapid lateral flow test.

Visit the NHS website to view the locations where employees can collect free rapid lateral flow tests from in the afternoon.
