Focus group participants will consider; • What stops people from diverse communities taking part in Council consultations and engagement structures and what can the Council do to overcome these barriers • Where can the Council find members of diverse communities, which organisations do diverse communities work with and trust, who are the mentors and aspirational figures for diverse communities, when are the social times/events within diverse communities and how do people from diverse communities like to give their views? • Top Tips for the Council/Council officers when involving diverse communities |
