We have launched a new single sign on portal – My Telford – to make it easier and quicker for you to access council services, manage your Council accounts, report issues and track their progress – in one easy place, anytime, anywhere.
No hanging on the phone, no waiting for offices to open, simply sign up to your My Telford account – it is quick and easy to do. Registering for an account is easy and takes just a couple of minutes.
Everyday Telford App users
If you have already signed up to our free Everyday Telford App, then you can use your App account login for My Telford - when you log in you will be automatically upgraded to a My Telford account that can be used for both the App and My Telford.
