We have a well-equipped Centre in Wellington and other hubs around the area so we can operate locally to bring the adventures to you – minimising the travel to take you to your adventure!
We offer a variety of adventure and environmental activities on and off site. A short minibus drive gives us access to stunning locations within Shropshire and fantastic opportunities for adventurous activities. We provide real activities in the real outdoors to enable individuals and teams to experience challenge in wild, natural places.
The area abounds with opportunities for enjoying the outdoors at many different levels, and offers the visitor a rare glimpse of a landscape influenced by human activity over thousands of years. Ancient burial sites, standing stones and hill forts, are intermingled with, more recent; canals, mines and settlements.
We have an amazing team of highly qualified and very experienced teachers and educators, holding some of the nation’s highest activity qualifications. We stay current and updated on child development and changing needs.
The Centre also holds the Gold standard and Adventurous Activities Licencing Authority (AALA) certification, with regular re-inspections. These ensure we are following or exceeding the highest standards of outdoor activity provision and safety.

In addition to having many venues in the beautiful local countryside to access for our Outdoor Activities, we offer the following:
Step outside of the classroom and bring learning to life! We are passionate about outdoors learning and the difference it can make to young people. Not only do our programmes enrich and enhance curriculum learning, but they also aid the holistic personal and social development of young people through positive engagement. Working closely with schools and colleagues in the academic industry, we continue to develop our products and services and tailor our provision.
We want your pupils to develop, discover and nurture their interests and help them to keep physically and mentally healthy, whilst supporting learners to develop their resilience, confidence and independence in a fun and memorable way.
Our activities are great for getting students in the brilliant outdoors and trying something new and different.
Learning and development comes free with all of our activities and experiences.
Our experiences aim to support and enrich school’s curriculum providing activities that both enhance and extend beyond the academic, technical or vocational. From Traditional Tales in the woods for early years, to stepping back in time becoming a Viking warrior to ecology studies for A level students, we have a variety of activities to choose from.
We have built up a wealth of experience with young people who require extra support, some of whom come to us on their own or in smaller groups. We can shape the experience to suit the individual by changing the time required to concentrate, the activity, the venue, the repetition and contact required, to gain trust and help individuals develop.
Our experiences are bespoke, created to suit your needs. We can provide on-site training in Outdoor Learning, or you may prefer a staff bonding activity off site such as canoeing down the River Severn, for example.
Planning and preparing shouldn't all be about paperwork! We take the hassle and stress out of organising your visit by providing you with all of the necessary risk assessments, kit lists and safety briefings
We provide programmes ranging from activity days or weekends for groups of friends and families through to development training events for staff teams and adventure skills training for individuals wanting to progress their expertise and gain an activity leadership qualification.
A successful climbing club runs throughout the winter months on our indoor wall. This is being expanded to give participants access to activity days through the school holidays and weekends.
We are also working alongside local Canoe Clubs to increase access.
