Consultations - Adult Social Care Local Account 2011-2012

Who can get involved? All people with an interest in adult social care - public, partners, voluntary organisations, Government, other Local Authorities.
Start date 29 August 2012
Closing date 4 October 2012
Service delivery area Adult Care and Support
Reason for consultation We produce a Local Account to show what we are doing to improve people’s lives in Telford and Wrekin. The Local Account is currently in draft, and we want to gain an understanding of what people think of what we have written.
Overview The survey asks people for their views on both the document and the contents – whether it is honest and open, whether it shows what we are going to do to improve, is it easy to read, is it useful, is anything missing?

What happens next? Consultation closes on the 4 October 2012. This final version will go to the Health and Wellbeing Board in November 2012 and be made publicly available.
