| Reason for consultation | We produce a Local Account to show what we are doing to improve people’s lives in Telford and Wrekin. The Local Account is currently in draft, and we want to gain an understanding of what people think of what we have written. |

| How to get involved? | Once people have read the Local Account, they can let us know what they think by completing our online survey, by emailing localaccount@telford.gov.uk, by writing to Delivery & Planning, Telford & Wrekin Council, Addenbrooke House, Ironmasters Way, Telford, TF3 4NTor by calling Clare Hall-Salter on 01952 382016. |

| What happens next? | Consultation closes on the 27 September 2013. After that the comments will be considered by the Assistant Director for Adult Care and Support and a final version of the Local Account will be produced. This final version will go to the Health and Wellbeing Board in November 2013 and be made publicly available. |
