- Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Strategy 2022 - 2026 - Agreed by Cabinet in July 2022 and updated in July 2023, it provides information about our commitment to Equality and Diversity and Inclusion (EDI), both as a large local employer and as a provider and commissioner of services. To monitor the strategy and EDI activities across Telford & Wrekin Council, the internal EDI Steering group has been established. Led by an the Executive Director for Children's Service, the group has representation from across the Council this is illustrated by the EDI Management Structure chart.

- Information about our employees - we are a large employer in the local area and produce an annual workforce report showing demographic information about our employees and steps we take to ensure fair employment. We also produce a statutory gender pay gap report.
