To renew your code you should log into your Childcare Choices account online and reconfirm your details.
Foster carers should contact the child's social worker directly to apply for 30 hours and also contact for renewal.
It is the parent/carers responsibility to ensure all codes are valid and kept up to date. It is not the responsibility of the Local Authority or the Childcare Provider. Failure to update you codes regularly will lead to the loss of funding.
