Our Inspectors
Our team are highly qualified, independent surveyors who are based in the local area and have the best knowledge of local ground conditions and can respond quickly to the needs of our customers. We are on hand to offer site Inspections within 24 hrs.
Starting a personal building project or commercial development?
The team are available to offer free advice before your work begins. Our valued clients will agree this has saved them both time and costs over the period of their work. We will ensure that your project work is safe from the outset and meets the required Building Regulations standards. We protect you against high costs and rogue builders. You can start your works knowing that you are in safe hands. We work with you to make sure your plans are satisfactory prior to your work starting and if we identify any issues we will help you find a solution.
During your development
Every step of the way throughout your development our officers will carry out key stage site inspections to ensure that your work complies with the regulations, making your development safe. As part of Telford & Wrekin Council our job is to work with local businesses and the community. We provide a high standard service that is not for profit. Our costs are competitive and combined with our experience prove to be great value for money.
During your project, should you need help we are also able to offer expert advice from a range of specialists including Planning, Drainage, Ecology, Highways Design, Conservation and Geotechnical matters.
When your work is completed, as LABC Inspectors we will issue you with a completion certificate. If you work with an Authorised Inspector during your work you will not receive this.
