Ageing Well Partnership Board

The Ageing Well Partnership Board is here to make sure that our older population support people to live well for longer and further plan to utilise resources for the people who need support in their later life. 

The Board will: 

• Continue to monitor and drive the developments of the strategy for the next 10 years through a comprehensive live action plan.

• Be involved, influence, collaborate and co-produce the offer for people to live well for longer.

The Board meets every quarter and is chaired by an Expert by Experience.
