For practitioners and professionals
If you suspect a child is being sexually exploited or have concerns that a child may be at risk then you have a duty to report it.
First responders must notify the Home Office of all suspected cases of child sexual exploitation. They have an obligation to capture and report all information under the Modern Slavery Act.
First responders include, all council employees, police officers, the Border Force and the UK Visas and Immigration.
