E-billing and the My Council Tax account
Switch to e-billing
Say goodbye to paper bills!
E-billing (receiving your bill by email) is the simplest, cheapest and most convenient way to receive your bills. By signing up to e-billing, you will receive your bill quickly and will be helping the environment too.
To make sure your Council Tax e-bills always arrive in your inbox, add the email address counciltax@telford.gov.uk to your ‘Safe senders’ list on your email account.
Want to view your account at any time?
If you sign up to My Council Tax, you can check your council tax account at a time that suits you. You can also:
- set up a Direct Debit
- report a change of address
- view your payments
- view reminder notices.
Your online key code can be found in the top right hand corner of your latest Council Tax bill.
