Health and Wellbeing Toolkit for workplaces and community and voluntary services

Welcome to the Health and Wellbeing Toolkit, created by Telford & Wrekin Council’s Health Improvement team - a place where workplaces, voluntary groups, community settings and professionals can find and access trusted, quality assured health and wellbeing resources to use in the workplace, community settings and home environment.
Within this toolkit you will find resources relating to physical activity, healthy eating, mental and emotional wellbeing, which all contribute to an individual's overall health and wellbeing. Use of this toolkit will have a positive effect on employees work attendance, reduced sickness absence, improved retention, increased resilience and more productivity by assisting you to create a healthier and happier workforce.
The resources found here will help workplaces and other organisations mobilise to improve the health of their workforce, manage key areas of work and meet legal requirements. It can also support practitioners and volunteers working with individuals, groups and the wider community to improve their health and wellbeing.
