Warmer homes discount
The warm homes discount scheme is a one-off discount off your electricity bill. If you’re eligible, your electricity supplier will apply the discount to your bill (the money is not paid to you). You’ll usually get the discount automatically if you’re eligible.
We know that many people in our borough continue to face financial hardship
One of our key priorities is to help those in fuel poverty and so we have developed an Affordable Warmth Strategy which aims to reduce the number of fuel poor households in the borough, raise energy awareness and provide support.
