Telford Energy Advice (TEA)
Telford Energy Advice (TEA) is your local energy advice service. It is a partnership between Telford & Wrekin Council and registered charity Marches Energy Agency. TEA offers tailored support on a range of domestic energy efficiency matters, such as:
- finding the best energy tariff for you
resolving issues with your energy supplier or billing queries- helpful advice on keeping warm and well at home
- accessing grants for home energy efficiency or heating improvements

ECO4 and the Great British Insulation Scheme (GBIS)
Householders
The Energy Company Obligation (ECO) is a government-run energy efficiency scheme, it places an obligation on medium and large energy suppliers to promote energy efficiency measures that improve the ability of low-income, fuel-poor and vulnerable households to heat their homes. Installers
Marches Energy Agency (MEA) also offer a local ECO-FLEX service for installers who register on the MEA framework. Contact them on 0800 677 1952 or email ecoflex@mea.org.uk.
