The Housing Benefit Landlord Portal enables you to securely access our website and view real-time information concerning the benefit payments you are receiving on behalf of your tenants.
This portal is simple to use, provides information to help you monitor your tenants’ accounts and reduces the need for you to have to contact us with enquiries about Housing Benefit payments.
New landlords who wish to gain access to the Housing Benefit Landlord Portal simply need to complete an online application form:
Once completed, we will then register your details and email you your new login details, a temporary password and a link to the portal.
Once your account has been set up, you will be able to view your landlord payment schedules, details of whether claims are suspended and weekly entitlement amounts.
