The Wrekin Housing Group is a socially minded organisation that prides itself on making a difference to people’s lives, we do this by:

  • Providing over 13,000 homes for affordable rent and low cost home ownership across Shropshire, Staffordshire and Telford & Wrekin.
  • Delivering innovative care solutions ranging from domiciliary care for the elderly to supported housing and care for adults with learning difficulties, as well as dementia nursing care.
  • Channelling social investment to create jobs and promote economic growth, generating opportunities for people to gain employability skills, maximising the social value of our services and delivering wider community benefits.

We have properties across the whole of Telford and Wrekin.

We have a full range of property types and sizes:

Wrekin Housing Group let approximately 800 rented properties and 200 retirement properties per year.

All applicants need to be:

  •  over 18
  • have the right to rent.

The Wrekin Housing Trust carry out an assessment on all new applicants to ensure that they are ready to take on a new tenancy.

Please note some apartments are not suitable for children or pets. Applicants will need to check individual adverts for details.

Applicants can apply for a Wrekin Housing Group property or join a waiting list via the Wrekin Housing Group website. 

If there are no properties or waiting lists open, applicants can ‘save a search’ so that we can email them as soon as something suitable is available.
