ECO4 and the Great British Insulation Scheme (GBIS)

The Energy Company Obligation (ECO) is a government-run energy efficiency scheme, it places an obligation on medium and large energy suppliers to promote energy efficiency measures that improve the ability of low-income, fuel-poor and vulnerable households to heat their homes. If you would like more advice on eligibility or what the current ECO4 / GBIS funding could cover please see ECO4 and the Great British Insulation Scheme or contact Telford Energy Advice (TEA) on 0800 677 1952 or email tea@mea.org.uk.

Marches Energy Agency (MEA) also offer a local ECO-FLEX service for installers who register on the MEA framework. Contact them on 0800 677 1952 or email ecoflex@mea.org.uk.

If you require a declaration under the Local Authority ECO4/GBIS FLEX Statement of Intent (SOI), you can view the Statement of Intent (SOI).
