| Additional Information | This is a local authority owned site with 25 plots, each one with space for up to two caravans and parking for two vehicles. The plot has its own individual unit comprising of a shower, kitchen and utility room.
Tenants on this site are required to pay a £200.00 deposit before occupying their plot and a weekly rent. Electric and Water is charged separately through a meter.
Council Tax is payable on both the Ketley Brook and the Lodge Road Caravan Sites |

Both Lodge Road and Ketley Brook Caravan Sites are fully occupied and there is an extensive waiting list, but you are welcome to submit an application form. Vacancies will be allocated according to circumstances including priority need and local connection.
The Transit site however is available for short term stays, as the site is a temporary stopping site. |
