Landscape Sensitivity Study

The assessment of landscape sensitivity is an important tool in the quality of the landscape and its ability to accommodate change.

The study has analysed Strategic Housing Land Availability Assessment (SHLAA) sites for their landscape sensitivity which lie around the immediate perimeter of the urban areas of Telford and Newport.

The 2014 Landscape Sensitivity Study is an update of a previous Landscape Sensitivity and Capacity Study carried out in 2009.
