Company Name: Leading Futures Education Services Ltd

Leading Futures is an alternative provision that caters for learners from Year 9 to Year 11, who are struggling to access mainstream education.

We have a dedicated team of staff with extensive experience of supporting learners with a range of Special Educational Needs, including Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC), and social, emotional, and mental health needs, such as emotional based school non-attendance (EBSNA).

All staff at Leading Futures recognise the importance of the children receiving ‘the right support, at the right time’.  At Leading Futures, we provide a nurturing, trauma-informed, inclusive environment, where every child can thrive, learn, and develop at their own pace. Staff work relentlessly to remove barriers to learning, ensuring our young people experience success.

We are outcomes focused and offer a combination of academic and holistic programmes of study within the setting. Learning pathways are engaging, and activities are designed to promote academic achievement, develop social skills, resilience, and emotional wellbeing.

Our specialism is arts and crafts, which we believe encourages creativity, self-expression, confidence, critical thinking, and resilience.
