A damaged bus stop bench with broken glass pieces covering the seat and the ground around it. The bench is constructed from metal and wood and is located in a grassy, park-like setting with trees in the background.

In Telford & Wrekin the majority of bus stops and shelters are installed and maintained by the Borough Council however there are a number of shelters that are the responsibility of the Town and Parish Councils.

If you report damage to a bus stop or shelter we will identify who is responsible for the shelter and ensure that it is repaired.

If you think that a road would benefit from a new bus stop or shelter please let us know by contacting highways@telford.gov.uk.
