We offer a free assisted bin collection service to residents who might not be able to put the bin/container out for collection themselves.
On your collection day your bin/container will be collected, emptied and returned to an agreed location on your property. Please put your bin/container in the agreed location for 7am on your collection day.
If your bin/container is not returned to the agreed location, please contact us immediately and we will arrange for the contractor to comeback and return your bin/container correctly to the agreed location.
If you have moved or are planning to move home then please contact us so we can arrange for this service to continue at your new address.
To ensure our records are accurate and kept up to date we review this service annually by sending a form to residents receiving the assisted bin collection service, within this form we will indicate the date when your current service will finish.
If you still require this service please complete and return the form using the freepost address or alternatively you can email us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org, please contact us before the date indicated in the form to ensure your service is continuous.
If you no longer require this service then you do not need to return the form or contact us. Instead you will need to present your bin/container at the edge of your property (where your property meets the road) on the next collection day after the date indicated in the form we sent you.
