As part of our work to deliver Vision 2032, Telford & Wrekin Council and partners have launched ‘Here to help’ – a project taking a wide range of services directly into local communities in South Telford.

This support is focused on helping residents with everything from staying healthy to keeping safe, and from developing skills to finding jobs.
