Telford & Wrekin Register Office is part of the Wellington Civic Centre.

We offer advice, support and information from a range of Council and partner services, these include;

• baby naming ceremonies
• bereavement services
• births
• birth, death and marriage certificates
• citizenship ceremonies
• civil partnership ceremonies
• death
• marriage ceremonies
• renewal of vows ceremonies
• 'Tell Us Once' for births and deaths.

Please note: that the office is only able to take card payments. They are not able to accept cash.
