• Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Strategy 2022 - 2026 (.pdf Size: 1640Kb) - Agreed by Cabinet in July 2022 and updated in July 2023, it provides information about our commitment to Equality and Diversity and Inclusion (EDI), both as a large local employer and as a provider and commissioner of services. To monitor the strategy and EDI activities across Telford & Wrekin Council, the internal EDI Steering group has been established. • Information about our employees - we are a large employer in the local area and produce an annual workforce report showing demographic information about our employees and steps we take to ensure fair employment. We also produce a statutory gender pay gap report (.pdf Size: 352Kb) .
