People with learning disabilities, and their families, should be able to access advice, information, care and support that is aspirational, modern and meaningful.

We are proud there is good support for people in Telford and Wrekin, but, we know there are many things that could be better.

On your 18th birthday you will be classed as an adult, this will mean changes to the way you receive support from a variety of professionals and organisations.

In Telford and Wrekin, we are committed to supporting our young people, their families and carers in preparing for adulthood to ensure you are supported to be independent.
