Contact the Emergency Duty team for urgent situations, outside of normal hours, which cannot be left with an appropriate degree of safety until the next normal working day, including weekends and bank holidays.

The Emergency Response Service provides free immediate assistance when you are unable to help someone who is reliant on your support.
Access is a freephone service receiving mental health referrals, the team helps people get the right support, in the right place, at the right time.
