  • occupying a property
  • vacating a property
  • vacating a property and occupying a new one.

Information you’ll need

  • Business rates account number, if you are vacating or moving from one property to another.
  • A copy of your lease for a new property you are occupying.
  • Dated photographs showing the property is empty, if it is currently unoccupied and empty of goods.
  • Your landlord’s details.
