If you’re finding it hard to keep up with payments, there’s help and support available that you might not know about. Make sure you are getting the support you are entitled to.
Struggling to pay your council tax?
Help us to understand your situation and agree an affordable payment plan.
- Complete our online income and expenditure form
You will need to provide details of your monthly income and expenditure. It would also be helpful if you could upload a recent bank statement to support your offer of payment.
Our Recovery Team will review your offer and contact you once a decision has been made. In the meantime, please try to make payments where possible to avoid falling further into arrears.
