We can no longer accept cheques to pay your council tax, please use one of our alternative payment methods such as direct debit, 24 hour payment line or online payments.
You can use any of the following methods to pay your Council Tax.
Pay by Direct Debit
Direct Debit is the most popular way to pay bills, as it puts you in control. Choose a Direct Debit plan that suits you, monthly, fortnightly or weekly. All payments are secure and covered by the Direct Debit Guarantee.

Online payments
You will need to quote your 8-digit account number shown on your bill.
Internet Banking (BACS)
You can make a payment using the following details:

Telephone payments
Our automated payment line is available 24 hours of every day, make sure you have your debit or credit card to hand before calling 01952 383977. You will need to quote your 8 digit account number which can be found on your bill.
At the Post Office or Pay Point outlet
You can no longer make payments at our Southwater offices in person, you can however, visit your local Post Office or Pay Point outlet.
