Customer notice

In late 2024 and early 2025 Telford & Wrekin Council undertook a full review of its supported bus network. Feedback from bus users via the November 2024 public bus survey was included in the review and as a result of this feedback bus routes 99-105 were retendered.

On Monday July 21st 2025 the updated bus timetables will come into effect.

The changes are outlined below:

Bus Service 99 following feedback from bus users an extra bus has been added to ensure as close to an hourly service as possible.

Bus Services 102 and 103 following feedback from bus users both services have been brought to 2 hourly frequencies. Additionally, Saturday operation has been added on both routes – this Saturday extension will initially run for 2 years as a trial. School bus service 105 now runs as a 103, it has not been cancelled, the timetables have been simplified.

Bus Service 104 slight route change to allow for better access to Ellerdine.
