Uplift process 2024 to 2025
The cabinet has approved an annual uplift in fees paid to Adult Social Care providers in 2024/2025. This will be implemented on the 1 April 2024.

As a Council, we remain committed to ensuring we have a sustainable market and to ensure that continuity of care is maintained for all people that use Care and Support services. If you believe your business to be at financial risk as a result of the Council's fee rates, please email procurement@telford.gov.uk.
Advice and guidance will be issued, any such requests must be submitted on or before the 30th June 2024 to be considered for 2024/2025.

If you believe your business to be a financial risk as a result of the Councils fee rates, please email procurement@telford.gov.uk. Advice and guidance will be issued and we will request that you complete a cost of care calculation tool. Any such requests must be submitted on or before 30 June 2023 to be considered for 2023/2024.
