The Statement of Gambling Licensing Policy for the Gambling Act 2005 is due for its statutory 3 yearly review.

Overview

The draft review of the Statement of Gambling Licensing Policy has been prepared in accordance with the Gambling Commission’s “Guidance to licensing authorities” updated April 2021.

 

The proposed policy amendments for this review are:

What Happens Next

All responses to the Consultation will be considered before the final policy document is produced for presentation to Full Council for approval on 18 November 2021.

 

The Policy will be published on 3 January 2022 and will then take effect from 31 January 2022.
