To view an application at Council Offices, please email licensing@telford.gov.uk for an appointment and a Licensing Officer will contact you.

General Data Protection Regulations

What we will do with your personal information, should you make a representation to an application made under the Licensing Act 2003.

Telford & Wrekin Council's Licensing Service is collecting your personal information for the purpose of meeting the statutory requirement of the Licensing Act 2003.

Representations will be provided in full in a report to the Council's Licensing Sub Committee. A copy of the report is sent to the applicant and is also available for public viewing at Council Offices.

If any person making a representation wants personal data removing, you must contact licensing@telford.gov.uk at the same time as you submit your representation, giving reasons for this.

Application for a new Premises Licence

The Smashroom, Unit 47, Ketley Business park, Telford, TF1 5JD

The applicant (Andrew Eastment) is applying for the following licensable activities:

  • sale of alcohol Monday to Sunday 12noon - 11pm for consumption on the premises.

Closing date for any comments to the application is 8 July 2026.
