General Data Protection Regulations
What we will do with your personal information, should you make a representation to an application made under the Licensing Act 2003.
Telford & Wrekin Council's Licensing Service is collecting your personal information for the purpose of meeting the statutory requirement of the Licensing Act 2003.
Representations will be provided in full in a report to the Council's Licensing Sub Committee. A copy of the report is sent to the applicant and is also available for public viewing at Council Offices.
If any person making a representation wants personal data removing, you must contact licensing@telford.gov.uk at the same time as you submit your representation, giving reasons for this.
Application for a new Premises Licence
Exotic Zoo Wildlife Park, Hinkshay Road, Dawley, Telford, TF4 3GZ
The applicant Exotic Zoo Wildlife Park Ltd is applying for the following licensable activities:
- live music Monday to Sunday 11am - 11pm
- sale of alcohol Monday to Sunday 12noon - 11pm.
Closing date for any comments to the application is 9 April 2026.

Application for a full variation of a premises licence

The applicant Tibberton Community Shop Ltd are applying for a full variation of the current premises licence for the following licensable activities:
- To permit the Sale of Alcohol (on and off sales):
- Monday to Saturday from 7.30am to 9.30pm
- Sunday from 8am to 2pm.
