Please note: that each year the Council reviews the offers around bulk collection discounts.

Council Tax Support, Housing Benefit or Universal Credit

  • residents in receipt of Council Tax Support, Housing Benefit or Universal Credit receive a 25% reduction on one bulk collection during the period of 1 April 2026 to 31 March 2027 of 1 - 12 items per year, per household - your reference number must be provided when booking.

Pension Credit:

  • residents in receipt of Pension Credit receive a 25% reduction on one bulk collection during the period of 1 April 2026 to 31 March 2027 of 1 - 12 items per year, per household - your reference number must be provided when booking.

Disability:

  • residents who have a long standing illness or disability that limits your daily activities receive a 25% reduction on one bulk collection during the period of 1 April 2026 to 31 March 2027 of 1 - 12 items per year, per household.
