MyTelford Upgrade
** Essential Maintenance to My Telford – Wednesday 12th November**
Please be aware that a critical upgrade is scheduled for My Telford on Wednesday 12th November. The upgrade is expected to take one day; however, please note, it may take up to two days for all My Telford services to be back up and running.
**What does this mean for me?**
During this time, you will not be able to use the 'report it' or 'request it' options on the My Telford website or mobile app. A large number of other council forms on the website will also be offline. Additionally, you will not be able to sign in to My Telford as the website will be down. For any urgent reports during this time that cannot wait, please contact us on 01952 380000.
If you would like to raise a complaint, compliment, suggestion or provide feedback whilst this essential maintenance is taking place please email customer.relationship@telford.gov.uk.
For any urgent licencing queries on the day, please contact licensing@telford.gov.uk.
If you need to report an empty property, please contact empty.homes@telford.gov.uk.
For any queries relating to ecological data searches please contact teds@telford.gov.uk.
**Do I need to do anything following the upgrade?**
Once the upgrade is complete, you will need to update your My Telford mobile app to the latest version. You will then need to reset your My Telford password for your first login only. If you only use the website version of My Telford, then you will only need to reset your password. Instructions for this can be found here: My Telford - How to use
