The upgrade to My Telford has now completed. You can now login by accessing the website here: https://my.telford.gov.uk/, and you will need to reset you password for your first login only. The My Telford mobile app has been updated to a newer version, and all website forms are now available.

**Do I need to do anything following the upgrade?**

Now the upgrade is complete, if you use the My Telford mobile app, you will need to ensure that you update to the latest version.
