Prize Terms & Conditions:

* The prize consists of a Family Hot Air Balloon Experience with guaranteed basket spaces on a Virgin Balloon Flights launch from the Telford Balloon Fiesta.
* A maximum of five (5) passengers may fly as part of the family booking.
* All passengers must be at least 7 years old and a minimum height of 4ft 6in (1.37m).
* At least one adult aged 18 or over must accompany any children travelling.
* Upon acceptance of the prize, Virgin Balloon Flights will issue flight vouchers based on the declared family size.
* The flight date and launch time will be selected by Virgin Balloon Flights and are subject to operational requirements.
* All flights are weather-dependent and subject to suitable flying conditions.
* If the scheduled fiesta flight is cancelled due to weather or other operational reasons, the vouchers will remain valid and may be redeemed against any available Virgin Balloon Flights scheduled passenger flight.
* Voucher holders may make up to three flight attempts. If a flight has not taken place after three weather-related cancellations, Virgin Balloon Flights may, at its discretion, offer a Virgin Experience Days voucher to the value of £200 in place of the prize.
* The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and no cash alternative will be offered, except as expressly stated above.
* Standard Virgin Balloon Flights passenger terms and conditions apply.

This may include sharing images publicly to promote current and future campaigns.
