Annual Monitoring Report (AMR)

The Authority's Annual Monitoring Report (AMR) monitors matters that may affect the planning and development of the local area. It shows whether the progress towards targets and milestones in the preparation and implementation of planning policy documents are being met.

The document reports on the impact of local plan policies against indicators and their targets. If policies are not being implemented, or are not achieving sustainable objectives the AMR will include suggested actions.

The AMR is prepared and updated annually, covering a 12 month period from 1 April to 31 March the following year.
