The call for sites has now closed
Telford & Wrekin Council has to identify a future supply of land which is suitable, available and achievable for economic development, housing and other uses, for example renewable energy and leisure developments. It is the Council’s priority to identify land for employment development.
The Council invited land owners to submit sites (parcels of land), within the borough, which may be suitable for future development.
The call for sites has now closed. The results will be published in the Strategic Housing and Economic Land Availability Assessment and provide an evidence base of potential sites to inform future planning policy work in the borough including the review of the Telford & Wrekin Local Plan.
If you have any queries regarding the call for sites process then please contact the Strategic Planning team.
