Falls prevention

There are many easy things that older people can do to promote healthy ageing. These include regular exercise to improve strength and balance, wearing the right sort of footwear and removing potential trip hazards, particularly in the home.

If you have fallen, are at risk of falling or are fearful of falling contact the NHS Falls Therapy Service for an assessment this could help prevent future falls and injury.
