Overview of activity

We are reviewing letters sent by adult social care to assess the tone and ensure the language is clear and easy to understand.

This will include assessments, reviews, care plan, and closure letters.

Skills and experience required

No formal skills or experience is needed, just a willingness to share your thoughts.  

Who can get involved?

Adults over the age of 18 who access care and support services or care / nursing home placements.

Support available

Support is available from the co-production team, please advise on your expression of interest what support would help you to take part.

Expected start / end date

A start date in June will be identified, when we have confirmed expressions of interest for involvement.
