If you are a landlord or letting agent, please tell us:

  • the full name(s) of your tenant(s)

  • the date their tenancy started and ended

  • you can also upload a copy of the tenancy agreement if available.

This information helps us make sure the correct person is billed and that any empty property periods are recorded correctly.
