To make sure you receive the correct Council Tax bill from the start, it's important to provide accurate tenant information. Submitting this information online helps us process your bill faster and avoid delays or errors.  

If you're a landlord or letting agent, please tell us:
•    The full name(s) of your tenant(s)
•    The start and end dates of their tenancy
•    If needed, you can also upload their tenancy agreement 

This helps us bill correctly for any unoccupied periods and ensures your account is accurate.

 
Report a Change

You can view your council tax accounts by registering for an online account, you can also report a change without registering for an account by selecting ‘Landlords/agents reporting a change’ or if you have purchased/sold a property by selecting ‘Report a change of address’.
