Carers Services within Telford and Wrekin

We are seeking feedback on our Carers services within Telford and Wrekin. Our Carers Centre is delivered by Telford and Wrekin CVS, and further details of this service are available on the Carers Centre website.

We are in the process of reviewing our existing services and your feedback will be used to develop and enhance the services available to you, as a Carer.

Our public consultation will run from 29 July until 30 August 2024.

There are several ways you can share your views:

Attend a drop in session

We will be hosting a series of drop in sessions around the Borough to seek your views. These will be in the following venues, at the below date and time:

As part of consultation on our Draft All-Age Carers Strategy, an opportunity for a call back was offered to those wishing to share their views and feedback on Telford and Wrekin’s Carers Centre. Strategy

We have recently sought people’s feedback on the draft All Age Carers Strategy so we can address local issues and enhance health, social and voluntary services for carers over the next five years.

The public consultation ran through from 18 April 2024 to 19 July 2024. Throughout this time, we promoted the Draft All-Age Strategy at:

We would like to thank those who shared their views, perspectives and thoughts on the draft strategy as your feedback is crucial to us enhancing the strategy.

We will now review all of the feedback to influence and develop the final All Age Carers Strategy, alongside an action plan for implementation over the next five years. This will be published in Autumn 2024.
