Policy NE4 of the Telford and Wrekin Local Plan 2020-2040 requires major development to contribute towards the greening of the borough through the integration of multifunctional green and blue infrastructure. Also known as the Urban Greening Factor, the Development Greening Factor requires a calculation to evidence delivery of a greening factor between zero and one.
