General Data Protection Regulations
What we will do with your personal information, should you make a representation to an application made under the Licensing Act 2003.
Telford & Wrekin Council's Licensing Service is collecting your personal information for the purpose of meeting the statutory requirement of the Licensing Act 2003.
Representations will be provided in full in a report to the Council's Licensing Sub Committee. A copy of the report is sent to the applicant and is also available for public viewing at Council Offices.
If any person making a representation wants personal data removing, you must contact licensing@telford.gov.uk at the same time as you submit your representation, giving reasons for this.
Application for a new premises licence
Parklands Festival - QEII Arena, Hinkshay Road, Telford Town Park, TF3 4EH
The applicant Audio-Tek Shropshire Limited are applying for the following licensable activities:
To permit the Sale of Alcohol (for consumption on the premises):
Friday 19th June 2026 - 5pm to 10:30pm
Saturday 20th June 2026 – 12pm to 10:30pm

Regulated Entertainment (Live & Recorded Music):
Friday 19th June 2026 – 5pm to 11pm

Any "other persons" or "responsible authority" may make representations in writing to the Council at the above address. Alternatively, you can email any correspondence to licensing@telford.gov.uk.
The licensing authority is required under the Licensing Act 2003 (Hearings) Regulations 2005 to provide the applicant with full copies of any relevant representations that have been made.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application punishable on summary conviction by a maximum fine of £5,000.
