Library computers

Important: you need to be a library member to use the computers in Telford & Wrekin Libraries. If you are not a member, it's free to join. View information about joining the library.

As a library member, you will have free access to computers in all Telford & Wrekin Libraries.

Library staff are trained to help get you started and can assist with quick and basic problems. If you need more advanced help, view information about our computer training courses and view information about online safety.

Getting started

Once you have joined the library, you just need to bring some proof of identification with you (for example bank card, passport), and agree to our Acceptable Use Policy. Download our Public Internet Acceptable Use Policy.

You can use the computers whenever the libraries are open, until 15 minutes before closing time.

Please note: there is a limit of two people at each computer, unless it is for family use (for example an adult with up to three children).
