Visit the Telford & Wrekin Improving Access to Psychological Therapies (IAPT) website to view their services - Telford & Wrekin IAPT Service offers help to people with common mental health problems, such as anxiety and depression. Includres self-help booklets.

Visit the Telford After Care Team (TACT) website for support with mental health issues - a listening and support service for people when they have mental health issues. Branches will help in a crisis, but will also support recovery by helping people to develop skills for work and life.
