Our bespoke advice  is delivered by an experienced and qualified Environmental Health Officer. They will give you practical advice appropriate to the size of your business. 
Each visit is designed around your specific needs and can cover a range of topics, including:

  • Allergen management
  • Food labelling requirements
  • Health and Safety requirements 

Before your visit, we will discuss your business and objectives to ensure the visit  focuses on the areas where you need the most support, helping you get maximum value from the service.
Following the visit, you will receive a comprehensive written report for your records. This will summarise the advice provided, outline any recommendations, and clearly identify any actions you may need to take to improve compliance and best practice.

How much does it cost?

Bespoke Advice Packages are charged at a cost of £60 per hour of officer time, so the cost will be calculated based on the advice requested. However, costs will be discussed and agreed in advance, and payment will be arranged prior to the visit taking place.
